Be Merry and Bright

Hi .. Hi .. !!

In the heavy rainy afternoon, I would love to share my latest card with you ..

I've made some simple card when I have to make lots of Christmas cards for friends or cousins but really it was my very first time to get a try for no lines coloring, 

and tell you the truth, it was so.. scary for me :)

I have not post lots of picture this time..

but I would to write steps that I took when I made this card :)

I stamped my images Mid Winter Tilda with light color on Arches 300gsm water color paper, I almost going with Fabriano or Canson for my work and Winsor Newton sometimes but I need a smooth surface this time so I picked Arches, because it has nice surface that can resist the flow of the water.

Mediums I use are Distress ink pads.

Those Snowflakes also Magnolia stamps, they are from Sweet Christmas Dream 2011 I love this collection so much and my card published on Magnolia Ink for the first time also at the 2011 Sweet Christmas Dream ;)

I had my beautiful memories when Magnolia asked me to join on their DT it was amazing and I never dream about it before .. Thank you so much Magnolia!

and by this way I would love to send my greeting to Magnolia : Merry Christmas !!

Back to my card, I stamp the snowflakes using versamark and embossing them with white embossing powder, after they are completely dry with blending tools I color the background using Aegean Blue Versamagic chalk

Decorated with rhinestone, twine and little tag from Magnolia DooHickey Tea Label Tags

Paper : SU! Chocolate chips.

Word : Kaiser Craft.

That's all from me today, I really ... really wish .. you will like my work this time because it makes with my heart on the scary beats he he he :)
